- Develop and execute company business strategies for the Americas in support of the goals defined by the Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
- Provide strategic advice to the CSO to give an accurate view of market opportunities for Wellit – short and long term
- Prepare and implement business plans to grow the business in the Americas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing as well as new customers
- Oversee the company’s financial performance and secure continuous growth
- Update our CSO on any important issues that may influence the company’s future in the Americas
- Manage and support sales teams in the US and Brazil
- Proven track record from senior sales manager position(s) or similar
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans
- You have experience coaching and leading employees regarding employee relations, career development, and performance management
- Thorough understanding of the oil and gas market in the Americas
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge and work experience within oil & gas logistics
- Knowledge of our Logistics Software WELS is preferable
- MSc/MA in business administration, Science or relevant field is an advantage
